Even though there was a hiccup with an installer which was out of their control, they fixed the problem and found another installer to come as planned.They took care of any and all paperwork with the council.Richard was fabulous. He was punctual, professional, courteous, and informed us of each step.The patio factory came in at a whopping 3k less for the exact same patio from a competitor.The finished product met expectation.We highly recommend them if you're thinking of having one built.

We just love our patio . The quality is wonderful and value for money. Richard the installer did a wonderful job in a confined awkward space . I have been ask who did it by everyone who saw it and have recommended.

We had Dave come round to quote. He huffed and puffed the whole time he was here. Told me he would send a quote next day. I followed up with and email 4 days later and a text over a week to be told they won’t quote as it’s too difficult. Couldn’t even let us know until we followed up again. Won’t recommend him to anyone!!!!

From start to finish the team at The Patio Factory have been awesome. They were helpful in creating a design which better suited our environment, created much more value for our house in the process and from the point of ordering, shire approval, site check and installation, they couldn't be faulted. Even more impressive were the installers who went out of their way to make suggest some changes along the way to ensure a better final result. In this day and age of dealing with some pretty average companies and tradies, it was a real pleasure to deal with such a group of professionals. Would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Good guys to deal with from start to end, had 2 patios built at diffrent stages and they were very accomodating from initial draw up, logistics of materials and the jobs themselves,Andre, Tim and Ryan were great installers to deal with and did a great job on both jobs, one was a front car port 5.5 x 3.5 and the other 17.5 x 6 gable tied off on the house

I do not usually write reviews, only for exceptionally good experiences. The string of bad tradespeople would otherwise keep me to busy.From start to finish this was a pleasure.At the beginning someone actually showed up on, and on time, to the have a look, give advice and provide a quote.Installation was planned for March but got brought forward by 2 months. Lucky !The installation went without a hitch and the end result is perfect. This is a 12 x 5 meter patio and took two half days to install. The area got left clean and tide. This company got recommended to me by a tradesman colleague and for good reason. Glad I took his advice.

From quotation and design to practical completion, George and Pat provided an excellent outcome for our new patio installation. George and Pat kept us informed of the process along the way, including component deliveries and scheduled installation.
